Julie has been in the nursing administration field for over 10 years. An ED TNCC registered nurse based in US, she has moved up from being a Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing to Assistant Administrator and SNF Consultant in a skilled nursing facility. Currently, she is the Vice President of Clinical Operations for Medelite Group (clinical department catered to the needs of SNF/LTCF).

YUAN SANTIAGO

Chief Operating Officer

Yuan is a registered nurse, a licensed educator and an entrepreneur, with a Doctor’s degree in Nursing Administration and Master of Education in Educational Administration. He is currently the Chief Nursing Officer in Novaliches General Hospital. In 2011, he founded IAM and has been leading it towards becoming Asia’s top learning institution.

DENISE SALGADO

Vice President of Operations

Denise is an RN who practiced her profession in one of the biggest gov’t hospitals in the Philippines, JRRMMC, as an OR Nurse. She is overseeing Imperial Nursing Academia' operations for project-based clinical audits working remotely for Skilled Nursing Facilities in the US while she's managing teams for Amazon Customer Service. She's been in the BPO industry for 12+ years delivering the highest standards as Manager of Operations and Training.
