Vice President of Operations
Denise is an RN who practiced her profession in one of the biggest gov’t hospitals in the Philippines, JRRMMC, as an OR Nurse. She is overseeing Imperial Nursing Academia' operations for project-based clinical audits working remotely for Skilled Nursing Facilities in the US while she's managing teams for Amazon Customer Service. She's been in the BPO industry for 12+ years delivering the highest standards as Manager of Operations and Training.
